SMALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
At Australian Mind Body Balance we offer a range of small group exercise classes. Our class size is limited to ensure that each individual receives adequate care and supervision by our instructors: ensuring exercises are safe and correct technique is used. Most of the classes are designed for individuals ranging from 14-65 year-olds who can enjoy a fitness workout, while exercises can also be modified for individuals with injury or pre and post pregnancy! While most classes are not a strict rehabilitation class: our classes are run by our professional instructors so they can adapt and incorporate some rehabilitation style exercises and apply their background knowledge in allied health to ensure you are achieving an excellent fun and safe work out. We also offer a more specific rehabilitation / strength class for older adults: "wise-ones", instructed by our accredited exercise physiologist. For those seeking a quieter pace: restorative yoga may be more suitable.
Classes run approximately 50 minutes, depending on the format. Beginners are welcome as previous experience is not essential. Simply wear normal gym or workout attire, bare feet or grip socks, and.. we highly recommend you bring a small hand towel and water bottle. Classes are available via online bookings in single class "casual" sessions or as a "multiple-class pass".
If you are having difficulty booking online, contact us on (03) 5255 5792 to discuss alternative booking arrangements.
