"My passion is Natural Medicine and achieving sustainable good health for my clients. As an Allied Health Practitioner, I value a holistic approach to health care and incorporate a range of modalities in my treatments to cater for your unique circumstances and individual needs. I live by a sustainable ethic and believe that a proactive approach to health care, if implemented early enough, can prevent, or at least reduce, the risks of developing many health issues that are associated with a ‘Western Lifestyle/Diet’ such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity.
I love the outdoors, and the coastal environment of the Bellarine Peninsula supports a healthy lifestyle. This is what has drawn me to practice Chinese Medicine in Ocean Grove. Chinese Medicine allows me to treat my clients with minimal adverse side effects. Combining traditional wisdom with modern medical knowledge and effective practice, education and awareness is the foundation of my approach to health care. My goal is to save you money and stress in the long term by helping you make educated lifestyle choices so that you can achieve a better quality of life and enjoy the ongoing benefits of good health."
