“I have a passion for women’s health, in particular paediatrics and pregnancy. The role Osteopathy can play in improving conditions during pregnancy and in children can be life changing. I pursue a continued education in pilates, paediatrics and pregnancy to ensure I can offer my clients the most well-rounded approach to Osteopathy.”
I am a fully qualified, registered Osteopath treating mainly structurally with a keen focus on dry needling, core strengthening, spinal mobility and ergonomics to assist my clients in achieving an overall healthier lifestyle.
My passion is to assist in women’s health, pregnancy and children’s issues. The role Osteopathy can play in improving conditions during pregnancy and in children, can be life changing. In 2013 I completed a course on children’s conditions and breastfeeding issues. I am also a Clinical Pilates Instructor and Barre Attack instructor, as I believe strengthening and conditioning the body is an important component in achieving and maintaining optimum health.
The importance of achieving a balanced lifestyle is behind the reason I practice Osteopathy in Ocean Grove at Australian Mind Body Balance. I love the coastal environment, walks along the beach, swimming, surfing, gardening and traveling.
