At Australian Mind Body Balance we offer Reformer Pilates exercise classes, with class sizes limited to 4 individuals to ensure each participant receives adequate care and supervision by our instructors. The 50 minute session is dynamic and designed for individuals of all ages and abilities, and exercises can be modified on request to suit specific individual exercise programs.

Our classes are run by qualified instructors, their expertise and background knowledge in allied health ensures you are achieving an excellent, fun and safe work out. We recommend you wear normal gym or workout attire, bare feet or grip socks, and.. we highly recommend you bring a small hand towel and water bottle.
