"Passionate to assist my clients and the community achieve remarkable goals"

I am a fully qualified, registered Osteopath treating with a structural approach. I have completed further studies in dry needling, rehabilitation, gut health/nutrition, exercise programming and shock wave therapy.

I have always had a keen interest in sport, in my youth representing Victoria in Volleyball, and playing various other sports such as tennis, basketball, squash and golf. These life experiences have enabled me to understand the demands and requirements of an athlete.

Nowadays, I am passionate about helping the everyday person: gym-goers, surfers, tradespeople and those wanting to improve their overall health. In my spare time I enjoy going to the local gym, and will often prescribe weight training,  nutrition and pilates into your treatment plan to optimise health and performance.

I aim to use my knowledge to aid you in recovering from injuries, improve your performance and optimise your health in all aspects of life.
